First three winners’ stories published in two different anthologies (Greek and English).

THREE ROCK WRITERS’ RESORT RESIDENCY PROGRAM SPRING/SUMMER 2020

- JUST few DAYS LEFT!

Three Rock Writers’ Resort announces the opening of applications for its 2020 residencies. Situated in one of the most magnificent places of Greece at the south coast of Crete island, Three Rock in collaboration with Strange Days Books publishing offers a low cost (or no cost at all) stay especially for writers. Full stipend will be offered to one project and half stipends (discount 50% from the regular cost) to 20 other projects.

Three Rock Writers’ Resort Residency is a self-directed program that offers time and space for writers to work on a creative project of their choice and above all an extraordinary opportunity to enjoy life on Crete.  Writers who will be accepted can submit their text to Strange Days Books publishing for a chance to win a publication contract!

Call to the authors of Crete

Strange Days announce the first Slam Fiction event and invites you to Heraklion to tell us your story.
 We are organizing a Slam Fiction Night for the first time in Greece on Friday 28th February 2020 at 7.30 pm in Da (Dentidakidon 15, Heraklion)
The rules are very simple. There is no age restriction or any other. You're coming prepared (or even unprepared) to get on stage and tell us a story. You have 7 minutes on stage so your story will be short. You can hold a paper with your text but you can also simply tell us your story. There has to be a story, a short story. It should be at most three pages A4 or 1500 words.
  Τhe goal is simply to have a good time telling and listening to stories. to have a good time, and after recording the stories throughout the year, we're likely to get a book from them.
